FootyRivalry is an AI-powered content generation tool that helps users create social media content related to football (soccer) rivalries, matchups, and hot topics. Content is generated algorithmically and may include inaccuracies or biases — you are responsible for reviewing all output before publication.

You must be at least 13 years old to use FootyRivalry. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use FootyRivalry to:

• ✕Create content that promotes violence, illegal activity, or genuine harm to individuals or groups

• ✕Attempt to extract, scrape, or repackage the AI models or proprietary generation logic
• ✕Use automated systems or bots to access the Service without prior written consent
• ✕Violate any intellectual property rights of third parties

  Generated content — Content created using FootyRivalry belongs to you. You are solely responsible for how you use, publish, or distribute it.

  Third-party rights — You represent that your inputs (e.g., player names, team names) do not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties. Football player names and statistics are generally considered factual information, but club names, logos, and trademarks may be subject to intellectual property protection.

  Accuracy — FootyRivalry generates content using AI and may produce factual errors, especially regarding recent events or statistics. Always verify before publishing.

FOOTYRIVALRY IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee:

• –That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• –That results will meet your specific expectations or produce viral content

You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FootyRivalry and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, reputation, or data — arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for users who violate these Terms.

We may modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of FootyRivalry at any time. We may also revise these Terms; material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on this page. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
